Vice President
Vikash Kaushik
Vikash Kaushik is the Vice President of Help Earth and the Founder & Director of Bharat Cores Solutions Private Limited. With expertise in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and financial compliance, he brings a unique blend of technical and strategic leadership to conservation initiatives. With over 12 years of experience in the banking sector, including AML/CFT and financial inclusion, he plays a vital role in driving Help Earth's mission forward, combining environmental advocacy with innovative problem-solving approaches.

General Secretary
Dr. Jayaditya Purkayastha
Dr. Jayaditya Purkayastha is the General Secretary of Help Earth and a dedicated herpetologist specializing in the study and conservation of amphibians and reptiles. He holds a PhD and has contributed extensively to biodiversity research, particularly in Northeast India, with several scientific publications to his credit. Actively involved in conservation initiatives, he has also collaborated with the IUCN on species assessments. Beyond research, he plays a key role in public awareness and advocacy efforts, working towards the protection of lesser-known species and their habitats.

Treasurer
Dr. Madhurima Das
Dr.Madhurima Das is the treasurer of Help Earth. She is also an Assistant professor in the department of Zoology Assam Don Bosco University. She has completed her Masters in Biotechnology from Garden city college, Bangalore and PhD from Gauhati University. Her field of expertise is Molecular Taxonomy and Microbiology. She has been actively involved in research work on herpetofauna of North East India and has several scientific publications to her credit.

Asstt General Secretary
Rupankar Bhattacharjee
Rupankar Bhattacharjee is the Assistant General Secretary of Help Earth and a passionate environmentalist. He co-founded Kumbhi Kagaz, a venture producing handmade paper from water hyacinth, tackling both ecological and livelihood challenges. Beyond entrepreneurship, he has contributed to scientific research, co-authoring a study on venom spitting in Naja kaouthia. He is also known for designing a foldable Assamese japi, blending tradition with innovation. Through his diverse efforts, he continues to drive conservation and sustainable solutions in Assam.

Dr. Arundhati Purkayastha
Dr. Arundhati Purkayastha is a researcher specializing in Animal Biotechnology and a member of Help Earth. She earned her MVSc from the National Institute of Animal Nutrition and Physiology (NIANP), Bangalore, and has been affiliated with Assam Agricultural University. Her research spans neuropharmacology, infectious diseases in livestock, and biodiversity conservation, with several publications to her credit. She has also contributed to herpetofaunal studies in Northeast India, playing a role in conservation efforts.

Soumik Ganguly is the CMO at Katha and a member of Help Earth. He completed his education at the North Eastern Regional Institute of Management (NERIM) and has a background in both marketing and software development. With experience as a software developer at Anivo, he combines technical expertise with a passion for conservation and sustainable initiatives. His work aligns with Help Earth's mission, contributing to biodiversity conservation and environmental awareness efforts

Aniket Dhar is a member of Help Earth and a social entrepreneur dedicated to sustainability and livelihood generation. He is the Co-Founder of Kumbhi Kagaz and Cloket, ventures focused on upcycling textile waste and producing handmade paper from water hyacinth. With expertise in business development and operations, he works towards creating sustainable solutions that benefit both the environment and local communities. His efforts align with Help Earth's mission, contributing to conservation, ecological restoration, and community-driven sustainability initiatives.

Sanath Chandra Bohra
Sanath Chandra Bohra is a zoologist and active member of Help Earth, He has co-authored several scientific publications focusing on herpetofauna in Northeast India. Notable works include the description of new bent-toed gecko species (Cyrtodactylus) from Mizoram and Meghalaya, contributing to the understanding of regional biodiversity. His research also encompasses studies on the distribution and taxonomy of amphibians and reptiles in the area.
